Après une sortie inaugurale couronnée de succès le 07 janvier dernier, le Togo est de retour sur le marché financier régional de l’Uemoa. Le Trésor a lancé il y a quelques jours un nouvel appel d’offres courant jusqu’au 21 janvier.
L’opération, une émission d’Obligations Assimilables du Trésor (OAT), vise à mobiliser 35 milliards FCFA. Les titres, d’une valeur nominale unitaire de 10 000 FCFA, ont une maturité de 84 mois (7 ans), et sont assortis d’un taux d’intérêt de 5,8%.
Pour le compte de cette année, le Togo prévoit de lever en tout 533 milliards FCFA sur le marché des titres publics. En 2021, le pays a réussi à mobiliser 557 milliards.
