Togo : L’OTR interconnecte plusieurs institutions pour mieux mobiliser des recettes fiscales et douanières
L’office togolais des recettes (OTR) ne se donne aucun répit pour assurer une meilleure assiette au pouvoir public.
Mais dans l’exercice de ses attributions, cette institution souffre souvent du déficit d’informations, ou de retards. Et pour endiguer ce mal, les responsables de l’office ont décidé d’ouvrir un vaste chantier d’interconnexions avec d’autres institutions étatiques.
Cette connexion sera le cordon ombilical qui permettra à l’OTR de se nourrir efficacement de renseignements et d’informations en temps réel, et d’œuvrer convenablement pour une mobilisation des recettes fiscales et douanières.
Le lien est tissé avec les entreprises d’état et institutions parmi lesquelles la Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale (CNSS), la Direction Générale de la Documentation Nationale (DGDN), de la Direction des Transports Routiers et Ferroviaires (DTRF), de la Direction Nationale de Contrôle des Marchés Publics (DNCMP), de la Compagnie Énergie Électrique du Togo (CEET) et du Greffe du Tribunal de Lomé.
Mais pour ce faire, il faut installer des équipements adéquats. L’office dont le commissaire général actuel est Philippe Tchodiè, lance jusqu’au 07 Mai 2021, un appel d’offres relative à la fourniture de ces premiers.
« L’initiative va être financée par le Fonds Africain de Développement (FAD) au titre de la Facilité d’Appui à la Transition (FAT) dans le cadre du Projet d’Appui à la Gouvernance Fiscale (PAGFI) », indiquent nos confrères de Togofirst.
