Togo-Kovié-Atidè : Pour avoir refusé un rapport s€suel, une femme a été poignardée à mort par son époux
Une mère de 04 enfants dont un nourrisson a été poignardée à mort par son époux dans la nuit du samedi 29 au dimanche 30 avril 2023 à Kovié-Atidè (quartier nord-ouest de Lomé), au cours d’une dispute résultant d’un rapport sexuel refusé.
À en croire les témoignages recueillis, le mari, HOWUAME Kwami aurait porté des coups de couteau fatals à sa femme pour une affaire de rapports sexuels refusés par celle-ci
« Le couple et leurs enfants vivaient dans une cabane d’un champ où ils sont employés pour des travaux champêtres. Dans la nuit du 29 avril, l’époux s’est réveillé et interrogea sa femme : veux-tu toujours m’épouser ? C’est leur fils aîné de 11 ans, qui était couché dans une autre case de la cabane, avec deux de ses cadets, qui a relaté les faits. À cette question du père de famille, la maman qui dormait n’a pas répondu. Alors qu’entre temps, le monsieur avait déjà donné un coup-de-poing au mur, ce qui a d’ailleurs réveillé le garçon de l’autre côté. Après avoir crié et fait des tapages dans la chambre conjugale, le papa très furieux est venu dans la chambre des enfants où il s’est armé d’un couteau neuf avec lequel il est parti assassiner sa femme dans son sommeil », rapporte un notable du village de Kovié-Atidè.
D’après la même source, ce crime crapuleux a été commis pour une affaire de rapports sexuels que l’époux assassin réclamait bien trop souvent.
« La femme s’est opposée aux intenses désirs sexuels du monsieur, de peur de retomber enceinte vu que son bébé n’a que trois (03) mois. Elle a voulu utiliser des méthodes contraceptives par vaccination, ce à quoi son époux s’est vivement opposé », précisent d’autres sources prochent du couple.
Le mari meurtrier, M. HOWUAME Kwami actuellement en fuite, est activement recherché par la police. Quant à la victime, son corps serait déposée à la morgue d’Aképé.
