COVID-19 : L’OMS DONNE QUITUS À 6 PAYS AFRICAINS DE FABRIQUER LEURS PROPRES VACCINS

Le directeur général de l’OMS militait déjà pour un accès équitable aux vaccins.
L’Afrique du Sud, l’Egypte, le Kenya, le Nigeria, le Sénégal et la Tunisie. Ces pays africains auront bientôt leur propres vaccins contre le Covid-19. Ils ont été choisis par l’Organisation mondiale de la santé (Oms) pour héberger leurs propres productions de vaccins Arn. L’annonce a été faite par l’Organisation mondiale de la santé, ce vendredi 18 février 2022, rapporte lemonde.fr

L’objectif est de permettre au continent africain qui a un accès retreint aux vaccins anti covid-19 de fabriquer ses propres vaccins en vue de lutter efficacement contre la pandémie.
