Togo : Obligation de port de casque pour le pilote et le passager sur un engin à deux roues dès demain !
Après le bilan catastrophique des accidents de circulation au Togo présenté par le Ministre en charge de la protection civile et de la sécurité, le Gal Yark Damehame, le port du casque devient obligatoire aux conducteurs des motos à deux roues et les passagers à partir de ce lundi 24 janvier 2022 sur l’étendue du territoire national.
