Aveu qui n’est en rien lié au long et inhabituel temps qu’a duré cet exercice annuel (10h 04 à 10h 50 min très exactement), mais plutôt aux mesures générales décidées et prises quant à l’augmentation des salaires dans le pays.
Si dès sa prise de parole le chef de l’Etat a longuement développé les efforts, les actions et les projections pour les secteurs de la sécurité, de l’éducation et de la santé, il a également passer en revue l’énergie, l’artisanat, le sport, le cadre de vie et les infrastructures de transports, le tourisme et autres domaines pour faire remarquer qu’ils sont tous en nette progression grâce aux ambitions et aux réalisations de son gouvernement.

Arriver à ces fins est en partie également l’œuvre des partis politiques représentés à l’assemblée, Union Progressiste Le Renouveau et le Bloc Républicain a reconnu et mentionné publiquement Patrice TALON qui n’a pas manqué de les féliciter vivement, tant eux que la 08 ème législature pour les bons et loyaux services rendus à la nation jusqu’ici.
