Alors que le nombre de contaminations quotidiennes continue de chuter dans le pays, le gouvernement togolais lève les mesures restrictives imposées à la population : Réouverture de tous les lieux de culte, reprise de toutes les activités sportives avec du public(… ) Ainsi, le Togo passe de la protection des personnes au moyen d’interventions gouvernementales à une approche fondée sur les vaccins et traitements comme première ligne de défense contre la COVID-19
En effet, l’exécutif togolais lève enfin les mesures restrictives imposées aux populations suite à « une baisse du taux de contamination de la maladie à la Covid-19 depuis le 1er février 2022 », peut-on lire dans le communiqué du gouvernement en date du 22 février 2022.
En se référant à baisse du taux de positivité, conformément à ses engagements et suite à l’avis du conseil scientifique, le gouvernement a pris les mesures suivantes :
1️⃣ La réduction de la durée de l’isolement pour les sujets déclarés positifs à 7 jours pour les personnes vaccinées et à 10 jours pour les personnes non vaccinés.
2️⃣ La réouverture de tous les lieux de culte officiellement reconnus dans le strict respect des mesures sanitaires actuellement en vigueur.
3️⃣ La reprise de toutes les activités sportives avec la participation du public sur présentation d’une preuve de vaccination avec l’installation d’un dispositif de vaccination à proximité des lieux qui accueillent ces activités.
4️⃣ La reprise des activités culturelles et sociales avec l’autorisation d’accès à la plage sur présentation d’une preuve de vaccination avec l’installation de dispositifs de vaccination à proximité des lieux qui accueillent les activités.
5️⃣ Chaque responsable sectoriel est chargé de préciser à travers des protocoles sanitaires ajustés les conditions précises d’application des mesures ci-dessus.
6️⃣ Le Gouvernement invite à une intensification de la campagne de vaccination sur toute l’étendue du territoire afin de mettre notre pays à l’abri de futures vagues. Seule cette accélération du rythme de vaccination permettra de décider de nouveaux assouplissements.
7️⃣ Toute personne désireuse de se faire vacciner peut composer le *844 # ou se rendre sur le http://vaccin.covid19.gouv.tg pour s’enregistrer et se rendre ensuite dans un des sites prévus pour la vaccination.
Par ailleurs, « le gouvernement rappelle à la population l’importance du respect strict des mesures barrières notamment ».
