- Il est facile de croire que le décès est une séparation d’avec la personne dite “disparue”, ou que cette séparation est le fait de ne pas connaître un membre de famille ou d’être éloigné de votre foyer et de votre culture ancestraux. Cependant, la chose la plus importante à retenir est que vos ancêtres sont vous, ils font partie de votre constitution génétique.
Chacun de leur souvenir, expérience et caractéristique existe dans votre ADN. Il suffit de savoir comment entrer en contact avec leur mémoire, et ce n’est pas un tabou à moins qu’on ait un esprit embrigadé dans le reniement de soi.
- Communiquer avec vos ancêtres
Nos questions les plus fréquemment posées sont les suivantes : “Comment puis-je communiquer avec mes ancêtres ?” La réalité est que vous en êtes déjà mais sans en avoir conscience.

Autel
- Mise en place d’ un espace sacré dans votre maison peut être très bénéfique pour la création d’ un lieu de paix, de méditation, de pensée concentrée et permettre un temps nécessaire de nos vies bien remplies. Ce processus facilite l’établissement d’un cadre rituel permettant de se connecter aux aspects les plus élevés de nous-mêmes.
- Il n’y a pas de bonne ou de mauvaise façon d’établir un autel. Vous pouvez utiliser une table et couvrir avec un chiffon et ajouter des éléments liés à votre intention. Vous voudrez peut-être ajouter une photo d’un membre de la famille et un élément qui vous le rappelle le plus. Un habillement, une pipe, un bowl particulier, etc.
Vous pouvez également allumer une bougie et ajouter un verre d’eau à l’autel ainsi que des pierres, des cristaux ou des fleurs. Votre intuition vous guidera sur ce qu’il faut ajouter. Vous pouvez vous rendre dans cette zone lorsque vous souhaitez établir une communication avec un être cher. - Exemple d’autel
Notez qu’il est conseillé de vous connecter avec des ancêtres positifs dans votre lignée qui ont vécu une vie de bienfaisance pour les autres et qui ont été exemplaires dans la façon dont ils ont vécu.
La relation entre le défunt et la vie ne cesse jamais d’exister et, comme toute autre relation, le respect est la clé. Lorsque vous communiquez avec un proche, faites preuve de respect et de gratitude.
Appelez-les par leur nom. Si vous ne connaissez pas le nom de vos ancêtres, demandez aux ancêtres positifs de votre lignée de vous aider, de vous protéger et de vous guider.
Commencez par établir une relation avec eux, vous devrez peut-être faire quelques séances avant de pouvoir reconnaître les signes de communication en retour, mais ils viendront, soyez patients.
- Libation 1
La libation est une forme de prière traditionnelle, que l’on retrouve partout dans le monde antique, en particulier dans les cultures africaines. Cette tradition peut être trouvée sur les murs des temples en Egypte et est toujours répandue dans les différentes communautés sur le continent aujourd’hui.
Traditionnellement, la libation était réalisée avec de l’eau, celle-ci étant la source de toute vie animée. L’eau est un élément primordial qui représente la pureté, le nettoyage et la vitalité comme il en est l’un des principaux aspects qui composent la planète et nos corps.

L’acte de libation se fait généralement à l’extérieur, en versant doucement de l’eau sur la terre par petites rafales accompagnées de prières.
Vous pouvez appeler le nom du ou des ancêtres que vous souhaitez reconnaître tout en versant le liquide et en énonçant votre prière.
Certaines personnes versent la libation le matin pour remercier le nouveau jour ou commémorer une occasion spéciale.
Vous pouvez incorporer des libations dans votre vie comme moyen d’invoquer l’énergie des ancêtres et les énergies du cosmos.
Au fil du temps, d’autres liquides ont été utilisés pour la libération, y compris l’alcool ; généralement du gin ou du vin de palme. Je recommanderais de commencer avec de l’eau.
- Offrandes
La notion d’offrir des offrandes est un concept global qui se retrouve dans de nombreuses traditions spirituelles, religions et cultures.

L’acte symbolique de donner spirituellement ouvre la voie à la réception de l’intention que vous avez demandée dans le rituel, selon un cycle alternatif. - Comme pour toute chose, vous devrez travailler avec cohérence, et vos ancêtres vous répondront. Faites preuve de patience, augmenter votre vigilance et porter votre attention sur toutes les formes de signes et de symboles qui apparaîtront autour de vous pour vous indiquer la communication que vous recevez en retour.
