Togo/d’Agoé-Nyivé 1/Marché Assiyéyé : le projet d’installation des kiosques maintenu. Début des travaux mardi 16 août
Malgré un mouvement d’humeur spontané déclenché le 11 août dernier par certains commerçants et revendeurs à la sauvette qui refusaient de comprendre le bien fondé de ce projet d’installation des kiosques pour libérer le boulevard, garantir la sécurité des riverains et visiteurs du marché d’Agoé-Nyivé Assiyéye et aussi, permettre une libre circulation des véhicules et autres engins à moteur, les travaux d’installation de ces petites boutiques en allu beaucoup plus fonctionnelles, démarrent ce mardi 16 août 2022 aux abords dudit marché.
En effet, les travaux d’installation des kiosques vont démarrer le mardi 16 août aux abords du marché d’Agoé-Nyivé Assiyéyé et par conséquent, dans un communiqué, la mairie d’Agoé-Nyivé1 exhorte les occupants des espaces le long des abords du marché de « prendre toutes les dispositions convenues pour permettre au prestataire de bien exécuter les travaux dans les délais ».
Rappelons que, déjà dans une note datée du 06 juillet 2022, la mairie avait demandé aux exposantes des abords du marché de libérer les lieux pour occupations anarchiques et pour des raisons de sécurité routière.
« Pour des raisons de sécurité routière et en vue de préserver les usagers de la route des dangers occasionnés par les occupations anarchiques et abusives de la voie, Les exposants sur les lignes suivantes sont priés de libérer les lieux : 1- Carrefour Oando à Ecole Kouvahey ; 2-carrefour Cap Assiyéyé à la Poste Agoé-Nyivé… » peut-on lire dans la note.
La mairie d’Agoé-Nyivé1 selon nos sources bien informées, avait reçu il y a quelques mois auparavant pour des discussions et études, les locataires dudit marché, et c’est la formule trouvée qui a accouché de l’installation des kiosques. Aujourd’hui la phase d’opérationnalisation vient d’être déclenchée.
