Bolloré SE doit également provisionner 4 millions d’euros afin d’assumer le coût d’un programme de mise en conformité aux règles de l’agence française anticorruption, qui va durer deux ans. « Conformément à la loi, il appartient à Financière de l’Odet SE [la société présidée par Vincent Bolloré qui détient 64 % du groupe, NDLR] et Bolloré SE de décider dans un délai de 10 jours si cet accord devient définitif », a réagi le groupe dans un communiqué.
