Le Canton de DJEMEGNI, une localité située dans la commune HAHO 2, environ 7km à l’Est de Notsè chef-lieu de la préfecture de HAHO a signé jeudi 26 Mai 2022 un protocole d’accord de partenariat avec l’ONG International Youth Fellowship (IYF).
Cette date restera inoubliable dans l’histoire du canton de DJEMEGNI où Femmes, hommes, enfants, personnes de troisièmes âges, autorités, bref toute la population étaient rassemblées à la place publique de djemegni chef-lieu du canton pour assister à la cérémonie officielle de Signature du protocole d’accord de ce partenariat.
Cette cérémonie qui s’inscrit dans l’axe 1 de la feuille de route gouvernementale 2025 se veut renforcer l’inclusion et l’harmonie sociale et consolider la paix. La présente cérémonie s’est déroulée en présence du chef canton de Djemegni Togbui ATTIOGBE Kodjo ATSOU EKPEV 5, de l’honorable GAGNON Kodjo Député à l’Assemblée nationale, du Secrétaire General de la Préfecture de HAHO, des conseillers municipaux de la commune HAHO 2, du Révérend Pasteur Kim représentant résident de l’ONG IYF Togo, de diverses personnalités politiques, administratives, militaires, religieuses et civiles et la population.
C’est le secrétaire général de la préfecture, ASSILA Koumedjina représentant du préfet de HAHO qui a donné le ton de la cérémonie. Il a en début de son discours de circonstance avec toute l’assistance, observé une minute de silence en mémoire des illustres disparus qui ont commencés l’œuvre de développement à djemegni.
Le Secrétaire General de la préfecture, a dans son mot d’ouverture officielle de la cérémonie, remercié les différents acteurs qui n’ont ménagé aucun efforts dans l’effectivité de cet accord de partenariat entre IYF et le canton de djemegni. Pour lui, Ce projet de partenariat est une occasion qui permettra aux filles et aux fils du Caton de Djemegni renouer non seulement avec les bonnes manières pour booster leur développement mais aussi raffermir les liens de fraternité. « Dans un esprit constant d’objectivité, je renouvelle une fois encore notre infinie gratitude et de reconnaissance aux responsables de l’ONG IYF pour la confiance, la volonté manifeste et leur appui accompagnement. Je reste persuadé qu’ensemble avec vous nous pousserons notre préfecture franchir une étape plus dynamique dans la quête d’un bien être partagé. Le Togo étant prophétiquement le centre de l’Afrique de l’Ouest, HAHO reste et demeure le centre du Togo» a-t-il fait entendre
Pour finir, il a rendu un hommage mérité au chef de l’Etat son excellence FAURE ESSOZIMNA GNASSINGBE dont sa politique de paix, de sécurité et de coopération rassure et attire les partenaires au développement à accompagner les populations dans toutes les actions en vue d’améliorer leur condition de vie.
Le Révérend Pasteur KIM, représentant résidant de l’organisme au Togo a eu a présenté une communication sur le changement de mentalité et de bonnes manières prônant la paix sociale. Cette communication présentée en anglais a été interprétée par le Pasteur MOISE- Meilleur Formateur en Mind Education.
Pour Le Révérend Pasteur KIM, Ce partenariat permettra en premier lieu, la construction d’un centre de formation en changement de mentalité et ensuite aussi la création d’une école ordinaire pour encadrer les élèves, les enfants canton et autres projets. « Ce partenariat a une durée de trois (3) ans. C’est un partenariat continuel. Nous pensons bien qu’après les trois ans nous puissions renouveler ce partenariat pour le bien des communautés de la préfecture de HAHO en général » . Notre canton ayant également des problèmes de développement, nous nous sommes approchés d’eux et Dieu merci ils ont pris en compte notre doléances et voilà aujourd’hui nous venons de signé un accord de partenariat. Au nom de toute ma communauté, je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de l’ONG international IYF à travers le représentant résidant pasteur KIM. J’ose croire qu’à travers cet accord de partenariat notre canton va avoir des changements surtout au niveau de la jeunesse et des enfants pour le développement de notre canton. L’honorable GAGNON Kodjo député à l’Assemblée nationale, présent à la cérémonie a exprimé ses mots de félicitations aux deux parties en passant bien sûr par le premier responsable du pays Faure GNASSIMGBE qui est le promoteur de la paix et du vivre ensemble au Togo. Il a demandé au chef canton et à l’ensemble des parties de bien entretenir ce partenariat qui pour lui marque un nouveau départ pour le canton de djemegni.
Des intermèdes du groupe Rithous star de l’ONG IYF, de l’artiste SEHOE Koffi et du groupe folklorique Hosé de djemegni ont rendus agréable la cérémonie.
Pour rappel le canton de DJEMEGNI est situé dans la commune verte, commune HHAO 2. Créé en 2002 par décret présidentiel ; Il est limité à l’Est par le canton d’Asrama, à l’Ouest par la commune HAHO 1, Au Nord par le canton de Kpedomé (Commune HAHO 3) et au sud par le canton d’ATCHAVE (Commune HAHO 1). Il compte environ 29 villages et des hameaux dirigés chacun par un chef de village et un responsable de communauté. A la tête du canton se trouve un chef canton basé à Djemegni chef-lieu du Canton. Il existe des Comités villageoises de développement dans chaque village et le comité cantonal de développement (CCD) au niveau cantonal. Le canton dispose d’une foret classée majoritairement composée de tecks avec une superficie de 31 hectares exploitée par l’ODEF et une foret communautaire dans la zone d’une superficie de 23 hectares à Agbédougbé.
