Éducation/Kokoroko interdit les cours dites de répétition, les enseignants improvisent les cours de rattrapage : Un parent en colère
Le ministre de l’enseignement primaire secondaire, Technique et l’Artisanat, Dodzi Komlan Kokoroko a demandé aux enseignants de mettre fin aux cours de répétition payant dans les établissements scolaires en début de mars 2021. L’interdiction de ces cours de répétition payant, (qui sont organisés dans le but d’aider les instituteurs à subvenir à leurs besoins), dans les écoles a poussé certains enseignants à trouver d’autres noms à ces cours pour arriver à leurs fins. Un parent d’élève d’un établissement de Segbé a contacté notre rédaction pour nous narrer ce qui était réellement passé avec son enfant.
Les cours de répétition payant sont interdits dans presque tous les établissements scolaires sauf les cours de soutien et reméditation qui relèvent de l’organisation pédagogique de chaque établissement. Certains enseignants qui n’arrivent peut-être pas joindre les deux bouts ou ne pouvant plus supporter l’interdiction de ces cours de répétition payant improvisent d’autres méthodes pour faire payer les élèves. Un parent d’élève d’une école manifeste sa colère contre le comportement rusé de ces enseignants.
« Les enseignants de CM1 et CM2, disent aux enfants comme il y a plus de cours de répétition payant et que normalement ils terminent les mercredis et vendredis à 11h30′, maintenant ils vont prolonger les cours de rattrapage à partir de 11h45′ jusqu’à 14h qui sera facturé à 100f. Ils renvoient les élèves pour aller chercher le sou avant de suivre ces cours de rattrapage. Supposons que je suis au bureau et que je n’ai pas donné les 100f là à mon enfant avant de partir, mon enfant sera obligé de remettre l’argent de son petit déjeuner et va rester affamer comme ça jusqu’à 14h. C’est quoi cette méthode là encore ? » s’est plaint un parent auprès de notre rédaction et d’ajouter « c’est un autre système d’arnaque. Au lieu qu’ils disent cours de répétition, maintenant ils disent cours de rattrapage. Il faut payer 100f pour les horaires supplémentaires. C’est encore quoi ça ? »
Quelle est la mission d’un enseignant ? Pourquoi les enseignants cherchent des moyens pour faire payer les élèves ?
La mission première d’un enseignant est de guider l’apprenant. Ou encore montrer uniquement à l’élève où regarder et non lui dire ce qu’il faut voir. L’enseignant doit faire d’un élève un acteur et non un spectateur. Certains enseignants cherchent les moyens à faire payer aux élèves compte tenu de leurs conditions de vie et d’autres pour cause de la cupidité. Les cours de répétition payant qui ne datent pas d’aujourd’hui sont organisés dans le but non seulement d’aider les élèves à revoir et comprendre les cours mais aussi sont un prétexte pour que les enseignants arrivent à subvenir à leurs besoins, vu que le salaire qu’ils perçoivent selon leurs dires est insuffisant. Pour d’autres, étant vacataires, ils sont obligés d’imposer ces cours pour pouvoir joindre les deux bouts.
« Nous sommes très mal payés. Pas de CNSS, pas de possibilité de prêt dans les structures bancaires. Nos conditions de travail sont très difficiles et etc… On doit aussi revoir les problèmes de location de maison, où les propriétaires de maisons font les prix selon leurs volontés. Nous n’en pouvons plus » a déclaré Véronique, une enseignante à Ségbé très en colère, une fois contactée par notre rédaction pour le recoupement.
Que doit-on faire pour palier à ce problème ?
Le ministre de l’enseignement primaire secondaire, technique et de l’Artisanat, Dodzi Komlan Kokoroko doit prendre le taureau par la corne. Le ministre doit plutôt veiller à ce que les enseignants soient bien rémunérés dans tous les établissements scolaires. Le ministère de Kokoroko devrait revoir le statut des enseignants et surtout revoir le cas des enseignants volontaires et vacataires. Sans un travail de fond dans le secteur, les solutions apportées ne serviront à rien. « Que le ministre statut sur le plafond des salaires des enseignants dans le établissements privés.
