Ne pas réagir, c’est cautionner les souffrances et les humiliations subies par les peuples victimes de ces actes coloniaux.
Les dépouilles, également celles des personnes tuées pendant la période coloniale, ont droit au respect absolu. On ne vend pas des cadavres. Pourtant, et au risque de choquer, les musées sont pleins de cadavres, momies, squelettes, fémurs, crânes, qui ont forcément dû appartenir à quelqu’un, un jour. Et très certainement, ces pièces font à l’occasion l’objet d’échanges, voire de transactions financières entre musées.
