Les différents secteurs, circonstances et contextes dans lesquels il de bon ton de faire usage de la force, la qualité et l’indispensabilite de la persuasion, prouvent bien que communiquer et plus précisément « Convaincre » comptent énormément. Ce n’est pas un acteur politique qui contredira cette assertion.
