Ce n’est pas la limitation de mandat qui développera l’Afrique..
Ce sujet est un faux problème.. Les Africains se cachent juste derrière ça pour ne pas voir la réalité en face et véritablement diagnostiquer le mal dont ils souffrent ou souffre leur continent.. En tout, ils veulent rendre l’autre ou les autres responsables de leur malheur..
Les Africains veulent la démocratie et son contraire.. Lorsqu’on choisit la démocratie, l’on doit s’attendre à subir également la démocratie.. La démocratie ne fait pas que plaisir.
La limitation de mandat est antidémocratique..
Et moi, en bon démocrate, je ne soutiendrai jamais la limitation de mandat..
Limiter le mandat, c’est priver le peuple de la liberté de choix que lui confèrent les principes démocratiques..
Cherchons la source de nos malheurs ailleurs et non dans la limitation du mandat présidentiel..
La limitation de mandat, le Régime semi-presidentiel ont toujours été source de conflit.. c’est pour cela que la plupart des pays en Europe et ailleurs pour lancer leur développement ont opté pour d’autres Régimes dont les Régimes parlementaire et présidentiel.. ils ont étudié l’humain, l’anthropologie, la sociologie, la philosophie, psychologie de leurs différents peuples, bref les sciences humaines et cela leur a permis de connaître leurs peuples respectifs, leurs faiblesses, le mal dont ils souffrent.. et pour conclure ils ont choisi le Régime politique qui leur convienne..
Nous, en Afrique, nous n’avons pas fait ce travail, nous ne nous connaissons pas, nous n’arrivons pas diagnostiquer notre mal, détecter nos faiblesses et nous avons choisi le Régime politique des autres qui ont eu à faire un travail psychologique de leurs peuples avant de le choisir..
Les Occidentaux nous maîtrisent parce qu’ils ont étudié notre sociologie, notre psychologie, notre anthropologie..ils connaissent trop bien nos faiblesses et voilà pourquoi ils nous déstabilisent aussi facilement.. et ç’en sera toujours ainsi tant que nous n’arriverons pas à faire le même travail psychologique, sociologique et anthropologique..
Nous avons un problème.. Détections-le d’abord!
