Centrafrique : le gouvernement réagit après le rejet par la cour constitutionnelle du projet de révision de constitution porté par le président Touadéra
Trois jours après la décision de la Cour constitutionnelle annulant la procédure de rédaction d’une nouvelle Constitution, le gouvernement sort de son silence. Lors d’un point de presse ce lundi 26 septembre à son cabinet, le ministre de la Communication et porte-parole du gouvernement, Ghislain Serge Djorie, a indiqué que l’exécutif a pris acte de cette décision de la justice.
La décision rendue par la Cour constitutionnelle le 23 septembre dernier, annulant la procédure de rédaction d’une nouvelle constitution, a divisé l’opinion publique. Les soutiens de ce projet dénoncent une décision injuste tandis que l’opposition estime que le droit a été dit.
C’est finalement ce 26 septembre que le gouvernement s’est officiellement prononcé sur la décision de la Cour constitutionnelle. A en croire Serge Ghislain Djorie, son porte-parole, cette décision de justice démontre à suffisance que la justice est totalement indépendante de l’exécutif.

« La décision de la Cour constitutionnelle montre à suffisance qu’il n’y a aucune ingérence de l’exécutif dans les affaires juridiques du pays. Cette décision, au niveau du gouvernement, nous la saluons. Cela prouve que la République centrafricaine est un état de droit. C’est un non-évènement. Ainsi, nul n’a le droit de faire pression sur la justice » a affirmé Serge Ghislain Djorie, ministre de Communication et porte-parole du gouvernement.
Pour le membre du gouvernement, la justice a rendu sa décision. Ainsi, qualifiant cette décision d’un « non-événement », M. Djorie pense qu’il est hors de question que quiconque en fasse un « sujet de tension ».
« Il ne faut pas faire de l’amalgame. La justice a travaillé, elle a rendu sa décision. Il ne faut pas faire de ça un sujet de tensions. Pourquoi est-ce qu’on ne parle pas de nos compatriotes jugés par les autres tribunaux ? J’ai appelé les responsables de tous les médias pour leur dire de ne pas commenter cette décision. Passons à autre chose » a martelé le porte-parole du gouvernement.
Sur ce sujet, en recevant ce lundi 26 septembre 2022, à son cabinet les responsables de Radio Ndeke Luka, le ministre de la Communication leur a intimé l’ordre de ne plus traiter les sujets liés au projet de la rédaction d’une nouvelle constitution tout en menaçant de fermer la station si cette dernière continuait à le faire.Tout ceci, sur fonds de menaces et d’intimidations proférées par le membre du gouvernement.
Pour sa part, Radio Ndeke Luka dénonce l’attitude du ministre Serge Ghislain Djorie. Laquelle viole les principes de la liberté de la presse dans un état démocratique. Elle dénonce, par ailleurs, le fait que M. Djorie se soit, plusieurs fois, substitué au Haut Conseil de la Communication pour proférer des menaces contre Radio Ndeke Luka et ses agents.
