Burkina Faso/Moov Africa : Le personnel en sit-in pour demander de meilleures conditions de travail
Les travailleurs de Moov Africa (ex ONATEL) sont ce jeudi 19 mai 2022 en sit-in devant leur direction générale. Objectif, exprimer leur ras-le-bol face aux différents engagements pris par les responsables mais qui ne seraient pas respectés.
A entendre le secrétaire général du Syndicat national des télécommunications, Souleymane Sow, l’une des causes de ce mouvement d’humeur est le retard dans le paiement des salaires.
En effet, les travailleurs de Moov Africa disent avoir constaté que les employeurs ne respectaient plus la date fixée pour le paiement des salaires et ce depuis 2016 pratiquement.
« Concrètement ce n’est même pas le retard déjà consommé sur le paiement du salaire de ce mois qui est le souci, mais c’est plutôt que cette situation ne se répète plus. Il est également demandé au directeur général de traiter avec diligence les questions importantes concernant les travailleurs et de les traiter avec plus de respect pour avoir des résultats favorables au développement de l’entreprise », a expliqué le secrétaire général du Syndicat national des télécommunications, Souleymane Sow.
Au moment où nous quittions les lieux, une délégation conduite par le chef du personnel s’entretenait avec le directeur général.
Pour M. Sow, l’issue de ce sit-in dépendra de ce qui sortira de cette rencontre.
