Togo/Politique : Le « Grand nettoyage » en vue dans les formations politiques
Petit pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest, le Togo regorge plus d’une centaine de formations politiques dont la grande majorité qui n’existe que de nom se manifeste à l’approche des échéances électorales. Ils sont nombreux ces partis politiques jouant les « trouble-fête » dans l’ombre et après la fin les joutes électorales, ils « se tapi dans l’ombre »
En Conseil des Ministres ce jeudi 20 janvier à Lomé, le gouvernement veut mettre fin à ce désordre politique.
Au cours de cette rencontre hebdomadaire, l’avant-projet de loi modifiant la loi n°91-04 du 12 avril 1991 portant la charte des partis politiques a été examiné et adopté.
Selon le communiqué ayant sanctionné le Conseil, cet avant-projet de loi est le résultat des propositions de la Concertation nationale entre acteurs politiques (CNAP) ayant regroupé des acteurs politiques durant six (6) mois l’année dernière.
L’avant-projet de loi, renseigne le communiqué, vise à adapter la « charte des partis politiques aux réalités actuelles notamment une meilleure représentativité des membres fondateurs ; des exigences quant au fonctionnement (disposer d’un siège et d’une adresse ; la tenue d’au moins un (1) congrès tous les cinq (5) ans) et la redevabilité en matière de gestion financière) ».
Doit-on croire que lorsque cette nouvelle loi portant charte des partis politiques sera modifié et probablement votée par l’Assemblée nationale, plusieurs partis politiques « mort-vivant » seront appelés à disparaître de l’échiquier politique à jamais? L’avenir nous le dira…
