Togo/ Les régions et préfectures équipées pour établir les duplicatas de certificat de nationalité !
Dorénavant, les chefs-lieux des régions et quelques préfectures du Togo peuvent produire les
duplicatas de certificat de nationalité.
L’annonce a été faite à travers un communiqué rendu public par le ministre de la Justice et de la législation, Kokouvi Puis AGBETOMEY
le gouvernement togolais a initié un projet d’installation du matériel de duplication des certificats de nationalité dans les régions et préfectures de notre pays.
« Dans la perspective d’une déconcentration progressive des services de la Direction de la nationalité togolaise du ministère de la Justice et de la législation, ce, en vue du rapprochement de cette administration des usagers, le gouvernement a initié un projet d’installation du matériel de duplication des certificats de nationalité dans les régions et préfectures de notre pays. La première étape de la mise en œuvre de ce projet concerne les chefs-lieux des régions et les préfectures suivantes : Agoè Nyivé, Lacs, Vo, Danyi, Kloto, Badou, Anié, Blitta, Bassar, Oti et Kpendjal », a annoncé le ministre AGBETOMEY.
Toujours selon le communiqué, la deuxième étape de ce processus de déconcentration des services de la nationalité, prendra en compte les autres préfectures du pays.
« À ce jour, le projet est entré dans sa phase opérationnelle avec l’installation des machines dans les préfectures du Golfe et d’Agoè-Nyivé. Pour tester l’efficacité et la performance des nouveaux outils de duplication installés, les populations de Lomé et de ses environs sont invitées à adresser également leur demande de duplicata de nationalité au service administratif de la justice établi sur les deux sites des préfectures d’Agoè et du Golfe », affirme le ministre de la Justice.
Rappelons toujours que seul le service de la nationalité situé dans la préfecture du Golfe était la seule structure où il était possible de se faire délivrer ce fameux sésame
