Togo/ARMP : Un atelier de vulgarisation sur le code d’éthique et de déontologie dans la commande publique
L’Autorité de Régulation des Marchés Publics (ARMP) a organisé un atelier de vulgarisation sur le code d’éthique et de déontologie dans la commande publique. Durant trois jour, l’ARMP a sensibilisé les agents publics, les opérateurs économiques, les autorités, la société civile et les hommes de médias.
Ouvert en début de semaine par le DG de l’ARMP, Morou Touré, cet atelier de vulgarisation a pour objectif selon le premier responsable, de permettre à tous ces acteurs précités de s’approprier le contenu du code d’éthique et de déontologie dans la commande publique. Pour le DG, ces derniers sont considérés comme les arbitres pour la bonne utilisation du dernier public.
Au cours de cet atelier, les entretiens ont porté sur l’importance d’une mise en place d’un code d’éthique et de déontologie dans la commande publique, les caractéristiques dudit code et les outils de soutien de sa mise en œuvre sans oublier les sanctions propres du non-respect dudit code.
Créée par la loi Nº 2009-013 du 30 juin 2009 relative aux marchés publics et délégations de service public, l’ARMP est une autorité administrative indépendante dotée de la personnalité juridique et de l’autonomie de gestion administrative et financière.
