Le Ministre en charge de la fonction publique Gilbert Bawara, vient de sanctionner douze (12) enseignants grévistes de la SET (Syndicat des Enseignants du Togo). Une mise à pied d’un (1) mois privative de salaire dans un arrêté en date du 11 février dernier.
Le ministre leur reproche une diffusion de fausses informations sur les médias et les réseaux sociaux, un appel à la cessation des activités pédagogiques dans les établissements scolaires en dehors du cadre légal.
Gilbert Bawara, dans son arrêté, parle aussi d’outrage aux autorités en charge des enseignements primaire, secondaire, technique et de l’artisanat en violation, dit-il, des règles d’éthique et de déontologie de la fonction publique.
Au nombre des enseignants sanctionnés, on compte en majorité des instituteurs. Tous ces enseignants vont voir un mois de salaire non payé, à l’exception des allocations familiales.
Pour rappel, le 29 janvier dernier, une sanction du même type a été prise à l’encontre d’un enseignant du nom de Bouraïma Naboudja.
Le ministre avait argué qu’il lui reprochait un ‘manquement aux règles d’éthique et de déontologie, le ‘non-respect de l’obligation de réserve’ et une ‘violation des dispositions de l’article 157 du statut général de la fonction publique’.
