Kpélé 1 : Inauguration d’un monument à Adéta qui représente l’identité du peuple Kpélé à travers la culture du riz
Dans le cadre de l’aménagement du territoire communal, la mairie de Kpélé 1 a érigé un monument au rond point de l’Union d’Adéta. Une ville touristique, carrefour incontournable pour accéder au plateau de Danyi et à Atakpamé, depuis Kpalimé. Située à environ 30 km au nord de Kpalimé, elle est le chef-lieu de la la Commune de Kpélé 1. Son marché s’anime tous les lundis et draine une population de villes frontalières comme Ho, Hohoè, Kpando, Wli et Kpalimé.
La cérémonie d’inauguration ont été présidées par le Préfet de Kpélé, Mme Blewussi Ablavi Metsokewo, en présence des deux Maires de Kpélé 1 et Kpélé 2, Monsieur BATCHEY Komla Apedoh et DOTSOU Komlan Holali, le président des Chefs traditionnels, Togbui NAYO, des autorités politiques, administratives, militaires et religieuses.
Ce monument érigé traduit l’identité du peuple Kpélé à travers la culture du riz, comme céréale phare de leur production agricole. Cet ouvrage témoignage le soutien du Maire de la commune de Kpélé 1, Monsieur BATCHEY Komla Apedoh au chef de l’État, son Excellence Faure Essozimna GNASSINGBE, qui veut faire de l’agriculture un levier de développement économique au Togo à travers le Forum National des Producteurs Agricoles du Togo (FoPAT), lancé sur toute l’étendue du territoire togolais.
