Dans un discours d’impuissance à l’occasion de cette fête de l’indépendance, le président Volodymir Zelensky s’est contenté de dire: » les forces armées feront tout pour protéger la population (…) Nous répondons certainement à toute manifestation de terrorisme russe ». Un discours bien en déphasage avec la réalité.
Sur le terrain pour l’instant c’est l’armée rouge de Poutine qui dicte sa loi.
