Diplomatie/ Que va chercher le président en exercice de la CEDEAO, Umaro Sissoko Umbalo chez Vladimir Poutine ?
Le Président bissau-guinéen Umaro Sissoko Umbalo et président en exercice de la CEDEAO effectue un déplacement ce lundi 24 octobre 2022 à Moscou puis a Kiev auprès Vladimir Poutine.
Selon des informations parvenues à notre rédaction, c’est une visite d’amitié et de courtoisie du président en exercice de la CEDEAO. Selon toujours notre source, le président Sissoko umbalo dit vouloir porter un message de paix a son homologue russe Vladimir Poutine.
Après sa visite à Moscou, le président Umaro Sissoko Umbalo se rendra également à Kiev en Ukraine chez son homologue Volodymyr Zelensky. Rien n’a filtré sur cette visite.
Engagé déjà depuis plus de trois mois dans une guerre contre l’Ukraine pour des intérêts géopolitiques, Vladimir Poutine aura à écouter son invité et apporter des solutions à ses préoccupations. Selon umaro Sissoko umbalo, la guerre en Ukraine fait beaucoup de morts et des dégâts même au delà des frontières Russo- ukrainiennes et » l’Afrique de l’ouest n’est pas épargnée » a-t-il déploré .
Rappelons que Umaro Sissoko Umbalo, est le deuxième président Africain qui sera reçu par Vladimir Poutine après le président Macky Sall du Sénégal pour le même objectif.
