CETEF-Presse | Alexandre de Souza veut « réformer » le centre et le redynamiser en complicité avec les médias
Ce mercredi 16 août 2023, M. Alexandre de Souza, le nouveau directeur général du Centre Togolais des Expositions et Foires de Lomé (CETEF), qui a pris fonction il y’a déjà trois mois, a rencontré la presse, ces femmes et hommes de la plume et du micro, pour réfléchir ensemble sur la meilleure façon d’avancer dans la collaboration et aussi partager sa vision de réformateur avec les médias.
« J’ai pour mission de réformer le centre. »
Alexandre De Souza veut donner une autre image au CETEF et avancer dans une nouvelle vision, celle de réformer le centre en complicité avec les médias malgré la crise qui continue de laisser sa marque presque un peu partout.
« Nous subissons tous les effets cette crise crise sanitaire . Malgré tout, nous devons avancer, mais avec vous. Nous attendons beaucoup de vous », a-t-il fait savoir aux médias.
Le patron du CETEF, cet homme qui vient du secteur privé avec de grandes ambitions a pour mission de travailler sur la restructuration administrative du CETEF et à la rénovation de son site viellissant. M. de Souza veutfaire de ce centre à travers des activités tout azimut , une porte d’entrée pour le développement du tourisme au Togo.
« Je souhaite partager par un raccourci de ma mission , les nouvelles réformes au niveau de la communication au CETEF avec vous. Après une autocritique, il faut changer certaines choses, mais cela se fera avec vous » Seulement plusieurs personnes connaissent CETEF pour l’organisation de la grande Foire Internationale de Lomé (FIL) qui va se tenir dans quelques mois , alors que le centre a d’autres activités qui sont méconnues. Il urge de vulgariser toutes les activités et « faire connaître le CETEF, rendre dynamique le centre en créant des événements tout au long de l’année » à laissé entendre M. Alexandre de Souza .
« Le centre existe depuis 40ans et son événement la Foire internationale de Lomé existe aussi, mais nous devons créer d’autres événements. Vous verrez de nouvelles manifestations bientôt pilotées par le CETEF. Ces événements auront tous besoin de votre appui en tant que média… C’est pour cela que nous voulons définir une nouvelle stratégie de communication avec la mise en place d’un comité d’appui composé de 4 journalistes qui va désormais travailler avec la cellule de communication du CETEF pour sa visibilité et ses activités » , a expliqué Alexandre De Souza.
Un comité qui selon le directeur général servira d’interface entre le CETEF et les médias a été mis en place.
« Ce comité, qui est composé de 04 membres, va gérer les interactions entre le CETEF et les médias. Les prérogatives de ce comité seront de nous aider à mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication du CETEF.
C’est avec ce comité que vous aurez à gérer la plupart des contrats ou des non-contrats. Le comité sera donc notre interface à qui nous donnons mission d’organiser notre communication média », a précisé M. de Souza.
En attendant l’agenda triennal qui sera présenté en septembre prochain aux médias et partenaires, le directeur général a demandé à la presse de l’appuyer dans l’accomplissement de sa mission et surtout pour la visibilité du centre.
