À travers un communiqué de presse rendu public le jeudi 24 août 2023 par Payadowa Boukpessi, ministère de l’Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et du Développement des Territoires, il est désormais possible au Togo, de faire la déclaration des associations sportives, sociétés coopératives et syndicats en ligne via le portail national des services numérisés de l’administration publique.
“Dorénavant, les individus et les groupes désirant officialiser une association civile pour obtenir une reconnaissance légale des autorités compétentes peuvent réaliser la procédure de déclaration en ligne, indépendamment de leur emplacement géographique”, informe le ministre.
En effet, les utilisateurs de ce service selon la note du ministre, auront la possibilité d’effectuer la première phase de la déclaration en ligne. Cette phase implique notamment le remplissage des formulaires et le paiement en ligne des frais d’étude du dossier.
La seconde phase du processus implique le dépôt physique du dossier de déclaration, validé en ligne, au Ministère de l’Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et du Développement des Territoires.
“Pour effectuer la déclaration en ligne, il suffit de se rendre sur le guichet national des services publics numérisés à l’adresse suivante : https://service-public.gouv.tg. Ensuite, naviguez vers la section ‘Entreprises/Associations/Professions libérales’ et effectuez une recherche en utilisant les mots-clés ‘Déclaration d’association civile’. L’utilisateur accédera ensuite à une page dédiée fournissant des informations détaillées, telles que les documents requis et les étapes de la procédure”, a expliqué le ministre Boukpessi.
La phase pilote de ce nouveau service s’étendra sur une durée de trois (03) mois. Elle concernera les associations sportives, les sociétés coopératives (SCOOP), les syndicats et les associations étrangères.
“Seuls les dossiers de déclaration relevant de ces quatre (04) catégories d’associations seront traités durant cette phase pilote. Par la suite, le service en ligne sera progressivement étendu aux autres catégories d’associations”, précise le communiqué.
Afin de répondre à toutes les préoccupations et d’assurer une expérience optimale des services publics numérisés, le guichet national propose un outil d’assistance en ligne en temps réel, accessible en bas à droite de l’écran. Les utilisateurs peuvent également adresser leurs questions et inquiétudes à l’adresse e-mail de support : info@service-public.gouv.tg.
