TOGO/ Les parlementaires sur le sujet de la Cybercriminalité et de la Cybersécurité
La représentation nationale a tenu ce Jeudi la 10ième séance plénière de la première session ordinaire de l’année. Elle a examiné et adopté deux (2) projets de loi.
L’un portant sur la modification de la loi sur la cybersécurité et la lutte contre la cybercriminalité. Ce premier projet de loi a pour objet de clarifier les compétences de l’Agence Nationale de la Cybersécurité par rapport aux compétences qui incombent à l’Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP). L’autre amendement porte sur la loi relative à l’identification biométrique des personnes physiques au Togo et vise à renforcer l’utilisation du numéro d’identification.
Ces deux projets de loi ont été votés à l’unanimité des députés présents et après avis favorable des différents groupes parlementaires. La modification de cette loi est une avancée considérable.
