Après la flambée des prix des produits alimentaires, c’est maintenant le tour des produits pétroliers de connaître leur ascension.
Dans un communiqué, le ministre de l’Économie et des Finances, le ministre de l’énergie et des mines, et le ministre en charge du commerce, de l’industrie et de la consommation locale fixent de nouveaux tarifs pour les produits pétroliers à la pompe.
Selon ce nouvel arrêté interministériel, l’essence « super sans plomb » sera désormais de 505 FCFA (contre 425F), le gasoil coûtera désormais 520 FCFA au lieu de 450,le pétrole lampant est fixé à 400 FCFA (contre 375F).
La bouteille du gaz butane de 12,5kg passe à 6500 FCFA et la petite de 6 kilos est à 3120 FCFA.
Cette nouvelle disposition vient corser la mal-être des Togolais qui vivent déjà dans une précarité indigeste.
Les produits de première nécessité coûtent pratiquement la peau des fesses, et en toute franchise cette augmentation est le coup de grâce pour plusieurs ménages.
Dans un pays où le SMIG n’excède pas 35.500F CFA, et où les postes de payage s’érigent en pompes aspirantes, on se demande si l’on veut réellement que les citoyens survivent ou trépassent.
