Togo-Haho / Les acteurs membres du cadre de concertation de protection des enfants dans le HAHO en formation à Notsè
Dans le souci de faciliter la synergie d’actions des différents acteurs de la protection de l’enfant, le ministère de l’action sociale de la promotion de la femme et de l’alphabétisation a mis en place des cadres de concertations des acteurs de protection de l’enfant. Ces cadres ont non seulement besoin de se retrouver périodiquement pour échanger sur les différents cas reçus mais aussi que les capacités des membres soient renforcés. C’est dans cette optique du renforcement de capacités des acteurs que la direction régionale de l’action sociale a reçu un appui financier de PLAN International Togo pour assurer la formation des acteurs membres des cadres de concertations. Ainsi, une formation à l’endroit des acteurs, membres du cadre de concertation de protection des enfants dans le HAHO ont démarré le jeudi 23 juin un atelier de trois jours qui se déroule à la maison de la femme de Notsé dans la commune HAHO 1.
C’est le préfet de HAHO, Awo Tchangani qui a ouvert officiellement les travaux de cet atelier en présence des différents membres du cadre dont les forces de l’ordre et de sécurité, CCD, des conseillers municipaux, des chefs d’inspections de travail et de l’IESG Haho sud, CCPE, représentants des structures d’accueil de la préfecture.
Renforcer la capacité des acteurs dans les modules qui seront présentés, une synergie d’actions entres les différents acteurs du domaine, propositions de stratégies et mesures concrètes contre le travail des enfants, élaboration d’un plan d’action pour le cadre préfectoral de concertation des acteurs de la protection des enfants sont entre autres quelque ’unes des attentes de cet atelier.
« Cette rencontre est d’une importance capitale car aujourd’hui la question de la promotion et la protection de l’enfant nous interpelle. Et tous les acteurs devraient se réunir, se concerter pour faire avancer les choses en passant bien sûre par l’état des lieux de la situation des enfants et faire de propositions concrètes pour le développement et l’épanouissement des enfants ». A déclaré Mr AHE KOKOUVI DODJI, Directeur Régional plateaux du ministère de l’action sociale de la promotion de la femme et de l’alphabétisation.
Il a profité remercié les différents partenaires dont l’ensemble du gouvernement togolais, l’ONG SAD et Plan International Togo pour l’accompagnement dans la mise en œuvre de ce projet.
