Le service de nationalité a officialisé la plateforme digitalisée du duplicata du certificat de nationalité togolaise.
La plateforme digitale dédiée à l’opération a été lancée officiellement jeudi 19 janvier 2023 par Pius Agbétomey, garde des sceaux, ministre de la Justice et de la Législation au cours d’une conférence de presse tenue dans les locaux du service de la nationalité togolaise.
Désormais pour obtenir le duplicata du certificat de nationalité togolaise, il suffit seulement pour le demandeur d’aller sur le site www.servicepublic.gov.tg et de suivre le processus et le paiement des frais y afférents se feront par des moyens mobiles notamment T-money et Flooz.
Cette demande est soumise à la création préalable d’un compte. Les détenteurs de l’ancien format de certificat de nationalité ne pourront bénéficier de la demande en ligne, d’où la nécessité pour eux de changer leurs anciens certificats de nationalité togolaise pour le nouveau format réglementaire.
A la suite du traitement de la demande, le retrait, précise un communiqué du gouvernement, se fait à la direction de la nationalité, dans 17 préfectures retenues pour la phase expérimentale ou à un bureau de la Poste.
Cette plateforme, précise-t-on, permet égalementde faire le suivi du traitement en ligne de la nationalité mère.
Pour la directrice du service des nationalités, l’obtention du duplicata du certificat de nationalité en ligne revêt une importance particulière, elle permettra aux demandeurs d’éviter de se mettre dans les rangs devant le service de nationalité.
« Ce qui a motivé cette mutation c’est que la direction de la nationalité produit au moins trois fois plus le duplicata de première demande, ce qui fait que lorsqu’on a des demandes de duplicata en abondance, nous sommes obligés de retenir le traitement des premières demandes afin de satisfaire vos usagers première cliente. Ce qui change est l’usager n’est plus obligé de venir faire la queue, acheter la quittance a la direction ou dans un centre de production de duplicata avant d’être servi. De chez lui , il peut acheter le duplicata en ligne, payer les frais sur le traitement jusqu’à ce que le duplicata soit produit et généralement nous ne donnons pas plus de 24h » a confié madame Kouboya Kpatcha Tchamdja, directrice du service de nationalité.
Dressant le bilan des activités de l’année 2022, la directrice estime que 150867 originaux et 563918 duplicata de nationalité sont produits, elle rassure en outre les usagers qu’en ce qui concerne la sécurisation des données de base du service de duplicata en ligne
« la digitalisation n’est que partielle c’est a dire qu’il faut avoir son original et son duplicata dans la base de données de la direction avant de bénéficier de ce service en ligne«
« S’agissant du suivi du traitement des premières demandes, sincèrement, nous exhortons nos concitoyens à venir par eux mêmes faire leur dépôt, parceque sans enregistrement de la demande dans la base de données de la direction, le suivi ne sera pas forcément possible… » a ajouté madame Kouboya Kpatcha Tchamdja.
Il est à noter qu’avec cette digitalisation, les autorités judiciaires comptent poursuivre d’autres chantiers pour la modernisation de la justice pour le bonheur des justiciables à en croire le ministre de la justice et la législation « la digitalisation du duplicata du certificat de nationalité n’est qu’une première étape de la marche que nous faisons vers la digitalisation du service complet de la justice. Il s’agit d’aller étape par étape, ceci n’est qu’un avant goût de ce que sera demain de la digitalisation de l’ensemble du service il a été prévu ce projet qui consiste pour l’usager d’avoir la possibilité de suivre le traitement de son dossier en ligne , donc nous voilà situer aux enjeux présents et futurs, nous ne cesserons d’engager des efforts pour que nos concitoyens puissent avoir satisfaction rapide lorsqu’ils introduisent une demande pour avoir le certificat mère » a renchéri PUIS kokouvi Agbetomey, ministre de la justice et de la législation.
Ce dernier demande par ailleurs aux détenteurs de l’ancien format du certificat de nationalité de bien vouloir les remplacer. « Nous implorons l’indulgence de nos concitoyens qui possèdent le certificat de nationalité togolaise déjà sous l’ancien format de les changer » a conclu le ministre de la justice et de la législation.
