Togo/Culture : Lancement de l’édition 5 de la semaine nationale du cinéma togolais
Elle sera cette année organisée pour la cinquième fois. Le ministère togolais de la culture a lancé mardi dernier la semaine nationale du cinéma togolais. Ce rendez-vous annuel de soutien au septième art et de réflexion commune sur les différents moyens de développement du secteur, est pour le compte de cette édition placé sous le thème de la contribution du septième art à la lutte contre le COVID-19.
Jusqu’au 7 août, à Agora Senghor, les acteurs culturels togolais réfléchiront de concert sur comment faire éclore l’art cinématographique au Togo.
Sont prévus à l’agenda des projections de films, des masterclass, des tables rondes, des expositions, et la sortie officielle des cinq films produits par le fonds d’aide à la culture (FAC) pour le compte de l’année 2020.
En marge de l’événement, les responsables détermineront aussi les films devant représenter le Togo au Clap Ivoire 2021.
Officiellement instituée depuis 2017, la semaine du cinéma togolais est une initiative du ministère togolais de la culture qui vise à promouvoir le talent et la créativité cinématographique nationale.
S’il est vrai que le cinéma togolais est dans sa phase embryonnaire, avec de telles journées, les esprits seront plus éclairés et le cinéma pourra être mieux vendu.
