La vaccination contre la Covid-19 serait rendue obligatoire au Togo ? Au moment où l’OMS fait une recommandation, la mairie du golfe 5 rend obligatoire la vaccination et veut priver ses agents de leur salaire.
Le maire du golfe 5, Kossi Aboka demande à tous les agents de la mairie d’Aflao-Gakli de se faire vacciner au plus tard le 14 avril 2021. L’information a été donnée par un communiqué signé en date du lundi 12 avril 2021.
Aboka menace les agents de sa mairie en leur obligeant à se faire vacciner sinon il n’y aura pas de salaire du mois d’avril. « le traitement salarial du mois d’avril 2021 est conditionné par la présentation d’une copie de la carte de vaccination à la division des ressources humaines et de l’action sociale au plus tard le 14 avril 2021 à 17 heures 30 minutes » peut-on lire dans le communiqué du maire au moment où l’OMS et le président du conseil scientifique demandent qu’on parle du bien fondé de la vaccination aux populations et non les menacées.
Par ailleurs, le maire Kossi Aboka se dit fonder sa décision sur l’article 62 de la loi N°2009/007 du 15 mai 2009 instituant le code de la santé publique au Togo, qui stipule : « Toute personne qui exerce une activité professionnelle l’exposant à des risques de contamination doit être obligatoirement vaccinée » a-t-il précisé
