Sénégal/Affaire Khassoum Diop : Relevé de ses fonctions à cause d’un sujet portant sur l’homosexualité !
Un enseignant d’anglais a été relevé de ses fonctions au Sénégal pour avoir donné un sujet portant sur l’homosexualité dans une classe de terminale.
En effet Khassoum Diop, l’enseignant en question exerçait sa fonction à l’académie Rufisque à Dakar. Il a été accusé d’avoir donné un sujet non conforme à la loi d’orientation de l’éducation nationale, selon le porte-parole du ministère.
Ce dernier a laissé entendre que le programme scolaire sénégalais reste scrupuleusement adossé à leurs valeurs et croyances, mais semblerait-il que Khassoum Diop a négligé cette règle, ce qui est considéré comme faute dangereuse.
L’intéressé s’est défendu et a présenté ses excuses publiques dans une vidéo postée, où il expliquait que le texte s’était retrouvé par mégarde dans les sujets.
Malgré ses explications, ses collègues exigent des sanctions contre lui, car selon Aminata Sankharé, le secrétaire du syndicat des enseignants libres du Sénégal, il s’agirait d’une tentative de promotion de l’homosexualité.
Coordonnateur de la cellule d’anglais au centre de formation de la région de Dakar, Khassoum Diop est aujourd’hui livré à la direction des ressources humaines du ministère de l’éducation.
