Les inscriptions aux examens du BEPC et du BAC1 se feront désormais en ligne au Togo
Une plateforme en ligne pour les inscriptions des élèves en classe d’examens
Le monde, ce village planétaire fonctionne aujourd’hui que par les outils de la communication et surtout par la digitalisation des administrations publiques. L’exécutif togolais ambitionne lui aussi de digitaliser à l’horizon 2025, 75% des démarches administratives, et le secteur de l’éducation ne veut pas être en marge de cette mutation.
Dans cette dynamique de moderniser la gouvernance de l’école togolaise, le Ministre de tutelle KOKOROKO Dodzi Komla, vient de mettre en place une plateforme en ligne pour les élèves en classe d’examens et ainsi dématérialisation les inscriptions aux examens du BEPC et BAC1, session 2023.
Vendredi 3 février 2023, l’information relative à l’inscriptions en ligne aux examens du BEPC et du BAC1 a été portée à l’endroit des Directeurs régionaux de l’éducation à travers une note officielle signée du ministre Kokoroko.
« Dans le cadre de l’organisation des examens du BEPC et du BAC1 session 2023, je vous informe que les inscriptions se feront en ligne. Pour ce faire, vous voudrez bien instruire tous les chefs d’établissements du secondaire relevant de vos régions respectives à faire effectuer les opérations de saisie des inscriptions sur le site web : www.exasco.gouv.tg », peut-on lire dans cette note.
« Les paramètres d’accès vous seront communiqués par voie électronique », poursuit la note.
L’objectif visé en un premier temps, est d’offrir un processus d’inscription plus efficace, plus rapide et plus pratique pour les apprenants, et en second plan moderniser les processus administratifs de l’organisation des examens. Cela peut également réduire les files d’attente et les erreurs associées à un processus manuel, et offrir une meilleure traçabilité et transparence du processus d’inscription.
Cette initiative qui est dans sa phase pilote, indique-t-on, va permettre de digitaliser la gestion des examens, centraliser les données et accélérer les procédures de l’administration scolaire.
