La Fil et la Foire made in Togo 2023, officiellement Lancées
La campagne de mobilisation pour la 18e édition de la Foire internationale de Lomé et la Foire Made in Togo a démarrée
Le ministre du commerce, de l’industrie et de la consommation locale, Kodjo Adedze vient de lancer le mercredi 05 juillet 2023, lors d’une cérémonie officielle, la 4ème édition de la Foire made in Togo et celle de la 18è Foire Internationale de Lomé (FIL), en présence des directeurs de société, des sponsors et de nombreux opérateurs économiques, et aussi des médias.
C’est donc reparti pour ces deux événements à caractère commercial, qui vont se dérouler respectivement du 28 juillet au 6 août et du 22 novembre au 3 décembre prochains. Et c’est traditionnellement le site du Centre togolais des expositions et foires de Lomé (CETEF-Lomé) qui va accueillir ces deux grands événements.
La Foire internationale de Lomé et la Foire made in Togo, constituent pour le ministre, un cadre idéal d’épanouissement d’affaires, de partage, d’expérience et de partenariat fructueux.
« Accélérateur économique, grand rendez-vous populaire et festif depuis bientôt 20 ans, la Foire Internationale de Lomé est chère au cœur des Togolais et profondément ancrée dans le territoire. Toutes nos équipes sont plus que jamais mobilisées pour faire de cette nouvelle édition une formidable opportunité de business pour les exposants, qu’il s’agisse de startups ou d’entreprises majeures « , a indiqué le ministre du commerce Kodjo Adedze.
Et de poursuivre dans ses propos que « Ces deux évènements sont en parfaite harmonie avec la vision du chef de l’Etat soutenue par la feuille de route gouvernementale 2020-2025, d’augmenter la production agricole et de transformer cette production sur place et de trouver des débouchés pour leur écoulement »
Notons que ces deux éditions seront placées sous le thème: « Connecter les marchés pour une forte croissance des échanges commerciaux ».
Pour le patron du CETEF, Dr Alexandre de Souza, ce thème n’est pas choisi au hasard. « Il répond à l’ambition d’organiser les deux événements pour permettra aux participants de s’interroger sur les actions à entreprendre pour renforcer le marché togolais, créer de nouvelles filières en devenant leader de celle-ci, assurer une production suffisante de biens et services, favoriser les échanges intra-africains et mondiaux et inventer à partir de nos propres expériences une nouvelle manière de faire du commerce et exceller dans l’art du commerce », a-t-il expliqué.
Une vaste campagne de communication jusqu’au 21 novembre 2023.
M. de Souza a laissé entendre que son administration, le CETEF, procédera jusqu’au 21 novembre, à une communication de masse à travers des campagnes d’affichage, la publicité audiovisuelle par le truchement des médias audiovisuels et sociaux, la publication d’articles dans la presse écrite et en ligne, les interviews sur les chaînes de télé et radio, des caravanes, des jeux et questions dotés de prix etc.
Se conformer aux standards internationaux
Un changement majeur. Bien que l’achat des tickets et la réservation des stands en ligne soient maintenus, l’édition 2023 de la Foire internationale de Lomé, va se déroulera sur une période de 12 jours contre 18 précédemment dans le but est de se conformer aux standards internationaux, reconnecter plus intensivement la FIL au reste du monde, doper l’activité commerciale et réduire les charges opérationnelles des exposants.
« Cette décision stratégique vise à aligner cet événement sur les normes internationales en vigueur, rompant ainsi avec la tradition d’une durée de trois semaines », confie t-il
« Si on ne répond pas à ces standards internationaux, cela décourage la plupart des opérateurs et partenaires à l’international puisque c’est la moyenne de jours que ces opérateurs aiment passer dans un pays étranger », ajoute-t-il.
La campagne de promotion de la 4ème foire Made in Togo a été aussi lancée, avec pour mot d’ordre : le consommer local, la promotion des produits du terroir. La Foire made in Togo, offrira une plateforme inégalée d’échanges commerciaux pour les opérateurs nationaux et internationaux.
Les exposants, les entrepreneurs et les visiteurs sont donc invités à participer à ces deux événements important qui ont lieu chaque année depuis bien longtemps, qui constituent un grand carrefour d’échanges commerciaux pour le développement économique du Togo et aussi de la sous région.
