Le Haut Conseil des Togolais de l’Extérieur est mobilisé aux côtés de l’Ambassade du Togo en Allemagne et des associations des Togolais en Pologne, aux services des compatriotes Togolais actuellement en UKRAINE et dans les pays limitrophes.
Il invite les compatriotes présents dans cette zone, à se rapprocher des responsables des différentes initiatives mises en place et du délégué HCTE.
Le HCTE appelle également à la solidarité nationale, toutes les bonnes volontés pour soutenir les compatriotes en difficulté dans cette zone de conflits.
Il demande également que le droit international soit respecté et que cesse le blocage des Africains aux frontières l’Ukraine.
