Retrait de la liste grise du GAFI, une victoire du Maroc sur ses détracteurs au Parlement européen
La décision du Groupe d’action financière (GAFI) est un élément très important dans la construction d’arguments palpables en réponse au Parlement Européen et à tous ceux qui s’opposent à l’avancement du Royaume dans la région et laisse ses voisins tels que l’Algérie et d’autres pays similaires loin derrière lui.
Le Groupe d’action financière (GAFI) a décidé à l’unanimité de ses membres, de sortir le Maroc du processus de surveillance renforcée, connu sous “liste grise” le vendredi 24 février 2023 après l’évaluation de la conformité du dispositif national avec les normes internationales relatives à la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et le financement du terrorisme, et ce depuis l’adoption par le GAFI il y a deux ans du plan d’action spécifique au Royaume du Maroc.
Cette belle victoire du Royaume vient répondre à ceux qui s’activent d’arrache-pied au sein Parlement Européen (PE) contre le Maroc et ses intérêts de même qu’à tous ceux qui n’admettent pas que le Maroc avance d’un pas ferme dans sa marche vers le progrès, la transparence et surtout la bonne gouvernance lui permettant de se distinguer dans un voisinage empêtré dans un archaïsme d’un autre temps.
La bonne nouvelle du GAFI consacre d’ores-et-déjà la position de Leadership régional et continental du Maroc en matière de bonne gouvernance financière, et positionne le royaume en tant que modèle en la matière.
Cette consécration du royaume par l’instance financière internationale de référence vient apporter une réponse cinglante aux détracteurs au sein du PE; ceux-là même qui tentent, sans succès, de coller au Maroc l’étiquette d’un état qui ne respecte pas les lois internationales les plus essentielles.
La sortie du Maroc de la liste grise du GAFI pendant que l’Afrique du Sud, soutien de l’entité terroriste et séparatiste du Polisario, y fait son entrée est significative à plus d’un titre et vient couronner les efforts et actions privatives du Royaume en application des hautes directives royales du grand État.
