(COVID-19) Les vaccins chinois par la pulvérisation nasale en phase d’essais cliniques
Des chercheurs mènent des essais cliniques de phase 1 et de phase 2 sur un vaccin chinois contre la COVID-19 par inhalation, a déclaré vendredi un responsable de la santé chinois.
Après avoir terminé la collecte de données d’essais cliniques, les experts étudieront l’innocuité et l’efficacité du vaccin par inhalation, une version modifiée d’un vaccin injectable à vecteur d’adénovirus contre la COVID-19 qui a déjà été mis sur le marché, a indiqué Shao Yiming, chercheur du Centre du contrôle et de prévention des maladies de la Chine, lors d’une conférence de presse.
Le vaccin par inhalation contre la COVID-19 a été conjointement développé par des chercheurs de l’Institut de médecine militaire dépendant de l’Académie des Sciences militaires et de la société chinoise CanSino Biologics Inc.
Les vaccins par inhalation ou par pulvérisation nasale ont été choisis dès le départ comme l’une des technologies vaccinales de la Chine pour lutter contre la COVID-19, a expliqué M. Shao.
