Coup d’état en Guinée : la CEDEAO exige la libération de Condé et un retour à l’ordre constitutionnel sous peine de sanctions
Alpha Condé arrêté par les putschistes, Mamady Doumbouya devient le nouvel homme fort de la Guinée.
Le lieutenant-colonel Mamady Doumbouya est un ancien légionnaire de l’armée française. Il a regagné la Guinée pour prendre la tête de ce corps créé en 2018.
Un coup d’état confirmé
Le Comité national pour le rassemblement et le développement (CNRD) a annoncé à la télévision nationale, la prise du pouvoir par les putschistes.
Le CNRD est dirigé par Mamady Doumbouya, Commandant du groupement des forces spéciales.
La CEDEAO et l’ONU condamnent avec fermeté ce coup d’état en Guinée et réclament le retour à la normalité.
«La CEDEAO note avec une grande préoccupation, les récents développements politiques survenus à Conakry. Elle condamne avec la plus grande fermeté, cette tentative de coup d’Etat de ce dimanche, 5 septembre 2021…», peut on lire dans le communiqué de l’organisation sous régionale.
La CEDEAO exige par ailleurs, le respect de l’intégrité physique du Président, Alpha Condé, sa libération immédiate et sans conditions ainsi que celle de toutes les personnalités publiques arrêtées. L’organisation sous régionale exige également le retour à l’ordre constitutionnel en Guinée sous peine de sanctions.
Déjà aux premières heures du putsch, le Secrétaire général de l’ONU, Antonio Guterres s’était lui aussi, adressé aux membres du Comité national de rassemblement et du développement (CNRD) qui a pris le contrôle du pays.
« Je suis personnellement de très près la situation en Guinée. Je condamne fermement toute prise de pouvoir du gouvernement par la force du fusil et appelle à la libération immédiate du président Alpha Condé », a-t-il fait savoir via son compte Tweeter.
Qui est le Lieutenant-colonel Mamady Doumbouya ?
Instructeur commando, Ex instructeur de La Légion étrangère de l’armée française,
Commandant du Groupement des Forces Spéciales (GFS) de l’armée de la Guinée.
Il est titulaire d’un Master 2 (bac + 5) défense et dynamiques industrielles à l’Université panthéon Assas Paris ll. Expert de la défense en management, commandement et stratégie.
C’est un officier breveté de l’Ecole de guerre, possédant plus de dix-huit années d’expérience militaire, notamment lors de missions opérationnelles (Afghanistan, Côte-d’Ivoire, Djibouti, République Centrafricaine) et de protection rapprochée (Israël, Chypre, Royaume-Uni, Guinée).
Le Lt-Col Mamady Doumbouya a accompli la formation de spécialiste en protection opérationnelle à l’Académie de Sécurité Internationale (Israël), le cours de formation des commandants d’unité à l’Ecole d’application de l’infanterie (E.A.I. – Sénégal), la formation d’officier d’Etat-major (E.E.M.L. – Libreville) et l’Ecole de guerre de Paris.
