Burkina Faso /Le mandat de membre de délégation spéciale dans une collectivité est gratuit (décret)
Dans un décret signé le mardi 3 mai 2022, le président du Faso, le Lieutenant-colonel Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba a dévoilé les conditions d’installation, de composition, d’organisation, les attributions et le fonctionnement des délégations spéciales dans une collectivité Territoriale. Le décret précise à son article 47, que le mandat de membre de délégation spéciale est gratuit.
Toutefois, poursuit l’article 47 de ce décret, les présidents, les vice-présidents, les présidents de commissions permanentes bénéficient des indemnités telles que prévues par les textes en vigueur.
À noter que les autres membres ne bénéficient que des indemnités de session.
