Assassinat de Sylvanus Olympio. La demande de la famille Olympio d’accéder aux archives déclenche « une psychose Macronnique » à l’Elysée !
C’est un grand rétropédalage dans la démocratie française. La macronie plonge les archivistes dans une « nuit noire ». Le sénat français a adopté dans la nuit du mardi 29 au mercredi 30 juin 2021, une disposition légale, l’article 19 de la loi PATR entraînant la fermeture inédite des archives en France.
C’est un «un énorme retour en arrière» et «un passage en force» après le vote dans la nuit, dans le cadre du projet de loi renforçant les mesures antiterroristes et le renseignement, d’un article réformant l’accès aux archives classifiées de plus de 50 ans, dénonce les sénateurs du parti socialiste.
La consternation est grande et l’émotion vive dans les débats en France, mais seulement au lendemain de la demande de la famille Olympio d’accéder aux informations relatives aux circonstances conduisant à l’assassinat de Sylvanus Olympio, premier président du Togo, il est évident de croire que l’adoption de cette décision pas aussi hasardeuse qu’on pourrait y croire.
En effet, en début du mois de juin dernier, la famille Olympio a entamé les démarches pour obtenir la déclassification des archives officielles françaises sur la mort de Sylvanus Olympio depuis 1963.
La famille souhaite mener de véritables enquêtes pour que lumière soit faite sur cet assassinat aux contours toujours obscurs, et que les auteurs soient interpellés si possible.
Mais la France sachant le rôle qu’elle avait joué dans ce drame, ne se sent pas encore prête pour faire face à l’histoire et aux Olympio. C’est la moindre analyse qu’on puisse faire dans cette affaire de fermeture inexpliquée des archives en France.
Faisant le parallélisme, on se rend compte que le fameux article 19 de la loi PATR visait les archives classifiés de plus de 50 ans. Or, Sylvanus Olympio est assassiné il y a précisément 58 ans.
« C’est extrêmement grave par rapport à l’écriture de l’histoire contemporaine et politique de demain », a déclaré la porte-parole du groupe socialiste Sylvie Robert lors d’un point de presse.
Pour nourrir les incompréhensions, les sénateurs ayant adopté cette disposition soutiennent que les documents sensibles ne pourront être accessibles au public qu’après leur « perte de valeur opérationnelle », une notion excessivement floue pour alimenter le crime contre la démocratie africaine encore pour quelques années.
