Agoè-Nyivé 1/ Plan de Développement Communal (PDC) : La commune veut mobiliser 14 milliards pour son projet de « Smart City »
La commune Agoé-nyivé 1 ne renonce toujours pas à son rêve d’être dans l’avenir « une ville intelligente ». Un projet bien ambitieux, cher à Kovi Akoété Adanbounou, Maire de ladite commune.
Faire de la commune d’Agoé-Nyivé 1, une smart city à travers des investissements efficients et multiformes, telle est la vision du numéro 1 de la commune, le maire ADANBOUNOU
C’est ainsi que la commune d’Agoè-Nyivé 1 a organisé le 9 février 2023 à Lomé un atelier de validation de son Plan de Développement Communal PDC.
Premier du genre depuis l’avènement de la décentralisation, ce PDC résulte d’un diagnostic du cadre physique, démographique et environnemental, ainsi que de la structuration urbaine et du niveau d’équipement de la commune.
Suite aux problèmes majeurs détectés lors du diagnostic, il en ressort une vision de développement de la commune déclinée en 4 axes stratégiques qui prennent en compte tous les secteurs clés de la commune.
Pour la mise en œuvre du PDC pour les 5 ans à venir, 4 grands programmes déclinés en 18 projets, 14 milliards 296 millions de francs CFA doivent être mobiliser.
Les 4 grands programmes
Le projet EVA: Il s’agit de l’aménagement d’un espace vert d’agrément et d’un parcours de santé dans la commune.
Projet Pédiatrie: Ici, l’exercice concerne la finition et équipement du service en construction au CMS Démakpoé.
Projet Aménagement de voie:
Identification des axes stratégiques et aménagement , bitumage de la voie CAP-CCL.
Projet d’amenagement de la zone de Houmbi: Un projet d’assainissement pluvial et d’aménagement d’un bassin de rétention avec espace vert.
Agoè-Nyivé 1 se veut d’ici 2032, une localité verte, une commune moderne, attractive et intelligente où il fait bon vivre.
