Heureusement, il existe plusieurs méthodes pour rafraîchir et parfumer son environnement…parfois, juste un brin de romarin suffit à éliminer les mauvaises odeurs de la cuisine !

1 brin de romarin ou une poignée de feuilles simples
Ces trois éléments suffisent pour que les odeurs désagréables dans la cuisine ne soient plus qu’un mauvais souvenir ! D’autant qu’on ne présente plus les nombreuses vertus du romarin. Beaucoup l’utilisent même en dehors de la cuisine, dans divers endroits de la maison pour ses propriétés bénéfiques.
Préparation : La procédure est très simple et ne prend que très peu de temps.
Tout d’abord, remplissez la casserole d’eau et mettez-la sur le feu avec la branche de romarin. N’exagérez pas avec la flamme, gardez-la modérée pour que l’eau ne s’évapore pas immédiatement. Une fois à ébullition, vous commencerez déjà à sentir une odeur fantastique dans la cuisine !

Une fois que vous avez atteint l’intensité de l’odeur que vous souhaitez, vous pouvez éteindre le feu et ainsi permettre à la vapeur d’être libérée dans d’autres pièces de la maison.

La cannelle : cette épice a une odeur entêtante qui nous enveloppe lorsque nous faisons un gâteau. Tant qu’à faire, c’est aussi une judicieuse solution pour couvrir les mauvaises odeurs. Il suffit de faire bouillir une casserole d’eau et un bâton de cannelle ou deux cuillères à café rases de poudre. Vous verrez que lorsque l’eau commencera à s’évaporer, une bonne odeur se répandra dans toute la cuisine !
Le laurier : si vous aimez cette plante et que vous avez sûrement quelques feuilles à la maison, vous pouvez répéter le même procédé que celui décrit ci-dessus avec la cannelle, mais avec 4/5 feuilles de laurier. C’est particulièrement bon les jours de froid, car il a une odeur très intense et accueillante.
Les agrumes : pas question de faire l’impasse, ce sont les meilleurs alliés de la propreté ! Vous pouvez les utiliser pour redonner rapidement de la fraîcheur à votre cuisine. Il suffit de couper quelques tranches de citron ou d’orange, de les faire bouillir dans l’eau et vous verrez le résultat !
La pomme : on s’y attend moins, pourtant la pomme est également un fruit efficace pour pallier aux odeurs nauséabondes. Il suffit de prendre quelques épluchures, de les faire infuser dans de l’eau, comme pour les méthodes précédentes. Et ça fera toute la différence dans la cuisine!
