Le Staff de l’association Otogbui a lancé officiellement la 3ème édition de l’opération Noël Miabé Viwo le samedi 04 décembre 2021 à Kpogan, dans la commune Golfe 6.
La rencontre avec la presse a permis aux responsables de Otogbui (Vieux sage) de revisiter les activités menées depuis l’apparition de la pandémie mondiale de Covid-19 à ce jour.
Selon les promoteurs, le soutien des enfants démunis et orphelins en ces périodes de fêtes de fin d’année est très primordial car disent-ils, il n’est pas bienveillant de fêter la Noël en famille avec les enfants en laissant pour compte ceux qui n’ont ni parents ni soutien.
» Nous lançons un appel de collecte de kits alimentaires et de jouets pour nos enfants nécessiteux » a pesté la Directrice Exécutive de l’association Otogbui, Marie Nanevie avant de poursuivre » nous tenons nos mains vers tous ceux qui ont la possibilité d’aider nos enfants nécessiteux car celui qui donne aux pauvres, prêtre à Dieu « .
Pour sa part, le Président de Otogbui a remercié toutes les bonnes volontés qui ne cessent de mettre la main dans la poche pour soutenir ces orphelins.
» Nous disons un grand merci à tous ceux qui de près ou de loin nous ont toujours soutenu » a martelé le Président Dotsè Koffi Kpoti avant d’ajouter que » nous venons une fois encore solliciter les dons aussi petit les qu’ils soient pour rendre le sourire à nos enfants « .
Plusieurs activités sont inscrites au programme de cette opération tels qu’une soirée caritative pour les enfants, un gala de football et une soirée de remise de cadeaux et de vivres pour mieux fêter la Noël.
Apolitique, Otogbui est une association de développement humanitaire, culturelle à but non lucratif qui œuvre depuis 2019 pour une amélioration des conditions de vie socio-économique et culturelle des communautés de base dans une approche de développement humain durable.
