La semaine dernière, lors de son passage à Lomé, Chrysoula Zacharopoulou, la Secrétaire d’État chargée des Partenariats internationaux de la France et le ministre togolais en charge de la Santé, Moustafa Mijiyawa ont signé au nom de leur gouvernement respectif, un protocole d’accord financier dans ce sens.
