Or avant, il fallait faire l’inscription, payer (tmoney ou carte bancaire et attendre la validation par le greffe. Et après l’inscription, il n’est plus question que le greffier valide, c’est automatisé. S’il est vrai que la plateforme sert à « ouvrir son compte et/ ou de poser des actes d’inscription, de recherche, de modification ou d’annulation sans assistance ni approbation préalable du greffe-RCCM », « un contrôle de régularité des opérations effectuées est fait a posteriori par le Greffe », en vue de protéger les commerçants et leurs activités.
Le RCCM permet d’obtenir des bilans d’entreprise, des informations sur les dirigeants et les activités des entreprises, , y compris leurs états financiers à travers les sûretés mobilières, ainsi que toute autre décision judiciaire les concernant(faillite, vente, dissolution) etc…
