Togo/Golfe 1 : La commune de Bè Apédomé séduit avec son plan de développement communal 2022-2026
Les élus locaux de la Commune du Golfe 1 ont présenté leur plan de développement communal 2022-2026 le mercredi 17 novembre 2021 à Lomé en présence des partenaires techniques et financiers, de la société civile de la commune et du représentant du ministre de l’administration territoriale et des chefs traditionnels.
Ce plan de développement communal qui comprend 4 programmes ou projets essentiels va coûter la bagatelle de plus de 6 milliards Fcfa. La vision des autorités de la commune du Golfe 1 à travers le PDC est que, d’ici 2030, la Commune du Golfe 1 « dispose d’une gouvernance locale partagée dans un climat de quiétude et de cohésion sociale, renforçant sa positon de pole de développement économique durable, contribuant à l’autonomisation économique des femmes et des jeunes, avec des infrastructures et services sociaux de base résilients et accessibles pour tous ».
Considéré comme un outil de planification qui présente la vision de développement définie par l’ensemble des acteurs de la commune, l’élaboration du PDC Golfe 1 a faite avec une forte implication des populations locales, des service techniques déconcentrés de l’état et des organisations de la société civile.
Au cours des travaux, le maire Joseph Koamy Gomado n’a pas manqué d’exprimer sa gratitude au président Faure Gnassingbé pour l’opérationnalisation de la décentralisation au Togo. Selon lui, la validation du PDC balise la voie à la commune pour mener des actions concertées et cohérentes au profit de la population. Le PDC, dira le maire, se veut un cadre de référence pour toute intervention en matière de développement local. C’est aussi un document de plaidoyer pour chercher le financement des actions de développement dans la commune.
Pour le représentant du ministre à la cérémonie, le contenu du document PDC Golfe 1, reflète les différentes outils d’orientations incontournables pour une meilleure réalisation des ambitions de la commune». Je félicite les acteurs de la commune du Golfe 1 pour la qualité du travail effectué pour sortir un plan de développement inclusif, compétitif et cohérent avec les orientations nationales avec les aspirations des citoyens de la commune », a laissé entendre Thierry Lakougnon parlant au nom des ministres délégué en charge du développement des territoires et des collectivités local
Pour rappel, Golfe-1 est l’une des 13 communes que regroupe le District Autonome du Grand Lomé. Elle est composée de 36 quartiers avec une superficie de 56 Km2 et une population estimée à 395 190 habitants, constituée majoritairement des jeunes et des femmes.
