Togo/Éducation : le ministre Kokoroko met fin aux fonctions de Nayone Djangbédjo, le chef d’inspection
Au Togo, les enseignants tout comme les inspecteurs doivent savoir se tenir à carreau et mesurer leurs faits et gestes. Aucun corps enseignant n’est épargné chez le ministre en charge des enseignements primaire et secondaire. À travers un arrêté signé en date du mardi 04 mai 2021, Dodzi Komlan Kokoroko met fin aux fonctions de chef d’inspection de l’enseignement secondaire général de Nayone Djangbédjo. Aussitôt démet le chef d’inspection de ses fonctions, le ministre Kokoroko sort un autre arrêté le même jour pour notifier son remplaçant.
Depuis que monsieur Dodzi Komlan Kokoroko est nommé ministre des enseignements primaire, secondaire, technique et de l’Artisanat, les enseignants et les inspecteurs ne dorment plus correctement à la maison. Certains mêmes se demandent si le ministre Kokoroko est devenu gendarme derrière eux ? Moindre chose, le ministre sort un communiqué ou un arrêté. Soit pour interdire ou sanctionner mais jamais pour parler des questions essentielles ( le statut des enseignants, les salaires des EV, les vacataires et pleins d’autres) ou même posé une action concrète envers eux.
Si pour l’heure, l’arrêté du ministre Kokoroko ne donne pas les raisons pour lesquelles il a mis fin aux fonctions du chef d’inspection, il recommande que ce dernier soit remis à la disposition de la direction Régionale de l’Education Plateaux pour être redéployé.
Par ailleurs, le remplaçant du chef d’inspection s’appelle monsieur Agossou Yédégnon, inspecteur de l’éducation nationale de classe exceptionnelle de 4é échelon, spécialité sciences de la vie et de la terre. Il est nommé chef d’inspection de l’enseignement secondaire général Anié.
Notons que Nayone Djangbédjo est inspecteur de l’éducation nationale de classe exceptionnelle 3é échelon, spécialité Anglais, en service à l’IESG Anié (DRE Plateaux)
