À travers un communiqué rendu public le 19 avril 2021, le ministre des enseignements primaires, secondaire, technique et de l’Artisanat, Dodzi Komlan Kokoroko informe qu’un numéro vert (8250) a été mis en service au profit des corps enseignant et d’encadrement, des apprenants, des parents d’élèves, des usagers du service publics scolaire et de toute citoyenne et citoyen. Ce numéro devrait-il ajouter, est ouvert sur tous les réseaux de communications électroniques dans le pays notre pays et sera utilisé dans le cadre de la mise en place d’un service voix et SMS gratuit au bénéfice du secteur éducatif. À en croire le ministre, l’objectif est d’assurer une remontée rapide d’information sur les éventuels dysfonctionnement et manquements, afin de mener des actions urgentes et ciblées.
Cette note relève des méthodes staliniennes selon l’activiste politique, germain Sossou. Au surplus, toutes les remontées d’informations feront systématiquement l’objet d’une vérification.
