Souleymane TOURE, DG de ECOBANK TOGO à la « maison du consommateur » de l’ATC.

Journée spéciale le jeudi 26 Janvier 2022 pour l’Association Togolaise des Consommateurs (ATC), Elle accueillait le Directeur Général de ECOBANK TOGO dans ses nouvelles installations de « La maison du consommateur ». La visite de Mr Souleymane TOURE et les hauts responsables de son institution faisait suite à une précédente prise de contact intervenue au mois de Décembre 2021.

Outre le Directeur Général, on notait la présence du Directeur de la Banque des Particuliers, du Chef Division PME – PMI, du Chef réseau d’agences et d’autres collaborateurs.

Le vice-président de l’ATC, Mr Benetti GAGALO s’est dit très honoré de la démarche du DG de ECOBANK TOGO, prouvant ainsi une certaine considération du travail que font les associations de défense des consommateurs. Ce dernier lui a présenté les vœux, les meilleurs pour lui et tout le personnel ECOBANK TOGO et a émis le souhait d’une fructueuse collaboration entre les deux structures. « En tant que représentant des consommateurs et de la société civile au sein de la Commission Nationale du Crédit (CNC) et du Comité National de Suivi de la Mise en œuvre de la Stratégie Régionale de l’Inclusion Financière (CNSMO/SRIF), nous attachons beaucoup d’importance aux questions traitant des services financiers dans notre pays », a-t-il dit.

Après une brève présentation de l’ATC et de quelques membres qui assistaient à la rencontre, le DG de ECOBANK TOGO a saisi l’occasion pour exprimer à son tour sa joie d’être dans la maison du consommateur et son admiration pour le travail salutaire qu’effectue l’ATC. Il a souligné qu’a bien d’égards, l’ATC et ECOBANK TOGO œuvrent pour la même finalité : la recherche de services de qualité et la satisfaction des consommateurs.

Saisissant cette occasion, l’équipe de ECOBANK TOGO a procédé à une présentation sommaire des solutions digitales offertes par l’institution aux particuliers (le compte XPRESS, l’application Ecobank Mobile, la solution XPRESS CASH et la carte prépayée CASH XPRESS) et aux entreprises (OMNI LITE et OMNI PLUS). Une présentation fortement appréciée par les membres de l’ATC qui ont demandé une communication plus accrue sur ces services à l’endroit de la population. « Beaucoup de personnes ignorent que de tels services existent à ECOBANK TOGO », a relevé le Secrétaire Général de l’ATC.

Mr Souleymane TOURE a indiqué que ECOBANK TOGO s’investit encore plus dans la digitalisation de ses services pour faciliter l’accès aux services bancaires à la population.
Les débats qui ont suivi cette présentation ont permis aux deux délégations d’échanger sur les voies et moyens pour une meilleure collaboration en vue d’accroitre la satisfaction des consommateurs. La délégation d’ECOBANK TOGO a rassuré les responsables de l’ATC de sa disponibilité à œuvrer à l’atteinte de cet objectif commun.
